Shipping and Delivery

Because each Cacao Theory collection is handcrafted in small batches, our fulfillment process is intentionally paced to ensure quality, freshness, and detail in every piece.

Order Timing

Orders placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM will be fulfilled and shipped on Wednesday of the following week.

The production cycle for each batch of chocolates takes approximately 2–3 days from start to finish.

Shipping

We currently offer shipping within Florida.

Orders are shipped on Wednesdays with a 2-day priority to protect product quality.

We include insulation and cold packs as needed to help ensure your chocolates arrive in optimal condition.

We recommend bringing your package indoors upon delivery.

Local Pickup (Orlando)

Local pickup is available in the Orlando area.

Orders placed by Sunday will be available for pickup the following week. Pickup details and timing will be shared via email once your order is ready.
